Costs
Please contact us for a quote for the cost of on-site training.

We provide on-site training for a group of up to 4 delegates. We don’t advise larger numbers than this as the concept of individual training suffers and the quality of training can be compromised.

Our charges cover training, a full set of course notes or book and any reference text (where appropriate) per delegate. Additional rechargeable costs will be the trainers’ travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses.

Trainers' expenses are charged at cost and added to the final invoice. If you wish to arrange trainer’s local accommodation yourself, we can agree to this, however the accommodation must be of a reasonable standard.

On-Site Facilities
Acunity Terms & Conditions stipulate that clients are responsible for arranging the appropriate and facilities for in-house training. In particular, clients are responsible for (but not limited to) the provision of:-

• A properly equipped training room
• A single workstation per delegate, with adequate memory, hard disk space and processing speed to run all course software
• Multimedia and other cards (such as Video capture cards) properly configured with speakers or headphones
• Any CD & DVD writers and burners necessary to the course properly installed and configured
• All software necessary to the course pre-installed and configured
• Delegate workspace, typically a table/desk top, sufficient to accommodate the workstation, keyboard, mouse mat, an A4 binder and an A4 notepad
• Refreshments for both delegates and trainer
• A whiteboard or flipchart
• A projector suitable for connecting to a laptop computer and a screen to project onto

We may be able to provide equipment, such as a laptop, suitable for the delivery of in-house training for a negotiable additional charge. Please let us know well in advance if this is to be a requirement.

Tailored Training
Significant tailoring does incur additional cost to you. This is because we need to spend additional time in preparing a bespoke course for you – we cannot always rely upon existing materials.

Tailored training delivery is highly interactive and geared towards your specific project needs. Please be aware that because of this, not all content specified can be guaranteed to be delivered – progress through course content in bespoke courses must run at the delegate’s pace.
