Simon Atherley is managing director of Acunity Ltd, a successful high-quality training provider delivering performance to the creative industry.

Simon studied fine art, drawing and photography, and is a graduate of the Royal College of Art in London.

Simon devised ReCreate for creative professionals, to help overcome creative blocks and manage the inevitable stress that comes from working within our dynamic and challenging creative sector.

On creativity, Simon says “I have always been fascinated by the creative process – the excitement at the onset of a new challenge, the periods of intense activity and frustration, and the breakthrough phase with that sense of sheer exhilaration…”

During his career, Simon has designed and produced a wide range of complex and ambitious multi-media projects for major clients including BAA, British American Tobacco, HSBC, Scottish & Newcastle and PowerGen.

As a highly experienced performer, Tracy Jones brings key presentation and articulation skills to the ReCreate workshop. Her expertise and experience is offered to help delegates to present creative solutions confidently and effectively to win client approval.

After graduating with a 1st Class Honours Degree from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (John Moores University), Tracy chalked up many years as a professional actress and singer working on the West End stage (in Blood Brothers) and on tour around the UK.

Tracy sang for the Queen, Tony Blair and Heads of State at Buckingham Palace at the Asian Summit Meeting, has made several TV appearances, and has delivered many workshops in creative performance, for example as part of the Idle Hands Theatre Company.

Within weeks of graduating from Leeds University, Harmeet Singh Sembi was recruited by international design agency Saatchi & Saatchi, and put to work on major campaigns for some the world’s best-known brands - including Sony, Boots, Nestlé and Visa.

Bringing this experience to the North of England, Harmeet founded AICH, a creative agency based in West Yorkshire. AICH offers distinctive art and design for business in all sectors specialising mainly on corporate identity, literature, illustration and editorial work. 

Harmeet designed the logo for ReCreate, and quite honestly we had problems stemming his flow of ideas!
