Adobe Premiere Pro DVD Authoring
Duration 3 days
Objectives This course introduces you the Adobe Premiere interface and desktop editing metaphor used to create video sequences. All the key concepts of non-liner editing techniques, as currently used in TV and Film production, will be covered.
The course begins with an overview of the Premiere interface and workflow and progresses through a series of basic editing techniques that enable you to get to grips with all of the main functions of the Premiere interface. These lessons will include key editing cuts, special effects, titling and audio dubbing.
Having mastered these techniques, you will bring them all together in a final DVD project. This can either be of your own choosing and with your own footage, audio and other assets, or one which we will provide for you. Either way, by the end of the course you will have created your own DVD production ready for professional use.
Requirements Good working knowledge of the current Mac or PC operating system, including file management and awareness of the different types of media such as hard drives, DVDs and magnetic tape.
